How the Rewards Work

1. Who Can Refer?

Anyone can participate—homeowners, friends, past customers, neighbors, or business partners.

2. What Qualifies as a Referral?

To be eligible:

The referral must be a new customer who hasn’t previously contacted Thor Roofing.
You must submit the referral using our official form before the customer reaches out on their own.
The referral must result in a signed contract and completed job with full payment.

3. Referral Rewards

Your reward is based on the type and size of the project:

Full Roof Replacement:
$100 for every 10 roofing squares (10SQ) completed.
Example: A 30SQ job = $300 reward.
Gutter Replacement or Gutter Guards:
$25 flat reward for completed jobs over $1,000.
Roof Repairs (Non-Replacement):
$25 flat reward for repairs over $750.

Note: Rewards are issued after the referred project is completed and paid in full.

4. Multiple Referrals

You can refer as many people as you’d like. Each qualifying job earns a separate reward—there’s no limit.

5. Ineligible Referrals

Referrals will not qualify for rewards if:

The referred customer was already in our system.
You refer yourself or someone in your household.
The job doesn't meet the minimum qualifying value.

6. Payment of Rewards

Referral rewards will be issued within 30 days after the project is complete and payment is received. You’ll be contacted by our team member.

7. Program Changes

Thor Roofing may update or cancel the referral program at any time. Rewards will be honored for eligible referrals submitted before any changes take effect.
